1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClawTank ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClawTank provides managed hosting for OpenClaw containers, including deployment, management, and Telegram integration of AI assistants powered by language models.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Free Trial & Payment

ClawTank offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, your container will be stopped unless you subscribe to a paid plan. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware or spam, to abuse system resources, or to interfere with other users' use of the Service.

6. API Keys & Third-Party Services

You are responsible for any API keys you provide (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.). ClawTank encrypts stored keys but is not liable for charges incurred on third-party platforms through your usage.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime or data loss.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your container and data will be deleted after a 30-day grace period.

9. Limitation of Liability

ClawTank is provided "as is" without warranties. In no event shall ClawTank be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
